Duc de Montfort 2004 - Gigondas (11/4/07)

The third bottle of the evening (see below). In spite of Gigondas' fame, I don't really like them that much. I find them too classical (light red, transparent) and too rough.

La tercera botella de la noche (ver abajo). A pesar de la fama de Gigondas, no me gustan mucho sus vinos. Son demasiado clásicos (rojo ligero, transparente) y demasiado ásperos.

Les Rabassières 2004 - Côtes-du-Rhône (11/4/07)

Claudio came round with his brother Edgar for dinner in Vacqueyras and he brought several bottles of wine. This was the first we opened which was very good. We ate charcoal-grilled steak and roasted vegetables.

Claudio vino a cenar con su hermano Edgar a Vacqueyras y trajo varias botellas de vino. Esta fue la primera que abrimos que estuvo muy bien. Cenamos entrecot a la brasa y verduras al horno.
